If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. SMMpapa shall not be held responsible for losses incurred by users who proceed without reviewing this policy.
2. Service Delivery
Placing an order on SMMpapa constitutes automatic acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether they were read in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing them periodically. All services must be used in compliance with the individual terms of service of the relevant platform — Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Twitter/X.
Pricing on SMMpapa is subject to change without notice, and existing terms remain valid regardless of pricing updates. Delivery timeframes provided for any service are estimates only, based on order volume and platform conditions — they are not guarantees. SMMpapa will not issue refunds for orders that are actively processing simply because delivery is taking longer than expected.
If necessary to fulfill an order accurately, SMMpapa reserves the right to substitute a comparable service type. While we aim to deliver the exact quantities listed in each service description, changes made by social media platforms to their algorithms or policies may affect drop ratios or delivery guarantees, and SMMpapa cannot be held liable for such platform-side changes.
3. Disclaimer
SMMpapa is not liable for any damages, losses, or business impact that may result from the use of our services.
4. Limitation of Liability
SMMpapa holds no responsibility for account suspensions, content removal, or restrictions imposed by Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other platform as a result of using our services.
5. Nature of Services
SMMpapa services are intended solely to enhance the visibility and appearance of your social media presence across Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
We guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased, but do not guarantee engagement, interaction, or activity from the delivered followers, members, or views.
We do not guarantee that all delivered accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or content uploaded, though we work to maintain quality standards.
Orders placed on accounts, channels, or pages set to Private will not qualify for refunds, whether full or partial. All destinations must be set to Public before placing an order.
Users must not use SMMpapa to promote content that violates community standards, including nudity or content prohibited by the relevant platform.
Accounts or pages that already have 100,000+ followers, members, or views prior to ordering will not be eligible for refill protection, as it is not possible to determine the source of any subsequent drop.
6. Refund Policy
All deposits made to your SMMpapa wallet are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. Once funds are added, they may only be used toward services on SMMpapa.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Doing so may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and removal of any previously delivered followers, members, likes, or views.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted. If an order is confirmed non-deliverable, the amount will be credited back to your SMMpapa wallet balance — not your original payment method. Orders affected by incorrect links, private accounts, or account changes made after submission (such as changing a username, deleting content, or switching to private) are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check all order details before submitting.
Any use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account termination, with no exceptions. Additionally, using multiple panels or services simultaneously on the same target link may cause inaccurate delivery tracking, and such orders will not qualify for a refund.
7. Privacy Policy
SMMpapa takes user privacy seriously. Personal information collected during registration or order placement is used solely to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell, share, or redistribute your personal information to third parties. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This website is operated from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from the use of SMMpapa or these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati. By using this website, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any right to a jury trial in connection with such disputes.
9. Account Termination
SMMpapa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion if it believes these terms have been violated. Upon termination, any pending orders may be canceled without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated by SMMpapa.

By using SMMpapa or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
SMMpapa reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in service offerings, platform policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of the website or placement of any order after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
